Our Organization

O.C.I.S. disseminates culture, research, and training in the fields of security, intelligence, cyber security, and artificial intelligence. We organize events, conferences, and specialized courses, producing studies and analyses to raise awareness of the risks and opportunities of new technologies at both national and international levels.

We are an independent, non-partisan, and democratic association, committed to ensuring that every activity and contribution is guided by firm principles of ethics, autonomy, and transparency. We adopt a rigorous scientific methodology, collaborating with institutions, universities, and companies to analyze geopolitical risks and provide legal and ethical contributions to the field.

The mission of O.C.I.S. is to disseminate advanced knowledge in the fields of security and emerging technologies. We aim to foster excellence, promote the analysis of global risks, and operate as a permanent scientific observatory to support the cultural and technological advancement of the Italian National System in Cyber Intelligence.
