The Scientific Committee represents the highest methodological and research authority of O.C.I.S. and is the guardian of the Association’s intellectual rigor. Composed of university professors, legal experts, and internationally renowned professionals, the Committee is tasked with defining the guidelines for the scientific studies produced and overseeing high-level training. Its primary role is to guarantee quality by validating all publications, analyses, and ethical and legal contributions to ensure their excellence.

Furthermore, the Committee stimulates reflection on the future challenges of Cyber Intelligence, AI, and biometrics, always integrating the technological perspective with ethical and regulatory considerations. This activity is essential for providing authoritative and impartial content at the service of the community.
